Returns Policy

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS

We take great care to ensure that all goods are in excellent condition when they leave our premises.  However, in the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will be glad to replace it free of charge or credit the item in full.  Please ring the sales office who will issue you with a returns number and arrange the return carriage.  Please do not send goods back without informing the sales office first or without a returns number.

Where it appears that damage may have occured in transit, please mark the paperwork "Damaged" when signing for the goods.

GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR / NO LONGER REQUIRED

These can be returned if you notify us within ten days of receipt and return them within twenty days.  In this case we are unable to refund the carriage and we reserve the right to levy a handling charge.  Again it is necessary to call the sales office to arrange this and receive a returns number.  Returns cannot be accepted without a returns number.

There are a small number of items which cannot be returned (unless faulty), eg. bespoke items.  Please enquire for further details.

GENERAL

Goods ordered in error or no longer required must be returned to us in original, undamaged packaging and must be received in resalable condition.  Please package all returns carefully and send with sufficient wrapping.
